Making a Purchase
Simply choose the style and size and quantity and confirm your order. Payment is accepted from all major credit cards and debit cards. Simply enter your card details and payment will be processed through either of our card payment providers, Protx or Paypal. Both payment gateways are secure. You will be sent confirmation of your payment immediately and your order will be put into process.
Back Orders
All orders are subject to availability. In the event we find that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you by email if the items can be ordered in for you or give you the option to cancel the order.
Delivery
Delivery prices are a standard £4.50 to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom, £9.00 to addresses in Republic of Ireland and £12.00 for other addresses within the European Union, no matter on the size of the order.
Delivery times can vary depending on the amount of orders to be processed and also on public holidays. However, we aim to despatch orders within 1 working day of being received.
We use first class postage so orders should be received within 1-5 working days in the United Kingdom and in less than 10 days outside of this. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note that although delivery prices are not quoted for worldwide addresses, you can contact us and we can quote individually.

Returns Policy
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded (except where a fault has been found) All measurements on this website are approximate so there could be very slight deviations in handbag dimensions and heel heights.
If you find that the product is not suitable, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the goods returned, but not the postage. Goods should be returned in the original packaging, in good condition and a copy of the despatch note enclosed.
While we inspect every item before despatch, in some cases you may find that there is a manufacturing fault. In this instance, please return and we will be able to offer you a full refund including postage.
Please note that for your own records you should obtain a free certificate of postage from your post office on sending your parcel.
